Day 1 of 30 days of photographs (Shiny)

Good job - stumping me right off the get go on the photo challenge.  Well, SHINY pink piggy came through for me, a Thrift Town bargain at $2.99.  Course, you know I am going to rely on my thrift shop wanderings for inspiration.

For those new readers/followers to my blog - the group I am linking with for the photo challenge are the BOMB!  Give a visit to my fellow participants who are not only hilarious (comments to each post are a must read) but nice (don't tell them I told you ....) clicky linky thingee

  1. This little piggy went to the market... This little piggy went crazy with the demands of 30 Days of Photos.... Luckily it's a very shiny little piggy so maybe the crazy will slide right off of it. Nice job, it's going to be a great month!

    1. Yeah, a great month for people who have lives and don't participate in this photo challenge. For the rest of us, it's going to be a horrible month.

  2. It has always seemed wrong to me that you have to spend money in order to buy a piggy bank in which to save money. It's the equivalent of having to buy a bicycle in order to get a car, or being forced to buy a pig in order to get bacon.

    Wait.

I guess you kind of do buy a pig when you buy bacon. Just one delicious slice at a time.

Oh, that seems wrong. Now I'm sad. Fortunately, I have your shiny pig to look at. It's rather cheery, isn't it?

  12. I started reading Ziva's comment and wound up at Arby's ordering roast beef. Weird.

  13. I love little piggy banks. My daughter's piggy bank is actually a cow but I still call it a piggy bank.
